Variety for virus elimination/sanitation procedure: Plavac mali (small loose cluster, soft stems, firm berry skin suitable for longer ripening on the vine and later harvests, larger and more regular fruiting on buds closer to the stem)
The winemaker’s philosophy: raise a vineyard of a chosen plavac mali clone with with exclusively virus-free plants and produce wine of the highest quality year after year.
